  • Screening patients for symptoms & COVID-19 exposure before the entering the premises at all entry points of the hospital. If declared suspected, then directed to Flu clinic else normal OPD
  • Usage of three ply masks for all staff, visitors & patients
  • Frequent cleaning of OPD rooms & visitor areas
  • Cleaning of rooms & medical equipment after each patient
  • Patient waiting areas with social distancing

    1. Non-insured patients: Will be advised with the upper limit of PAYMENT and subsequent PAN card copy requirement.
    2. Insurance Patients: Will be assisted by secretary/ PATIENT NAVIGATOR to complete respective TPA form, with clearance/signatures from consultant and submission of the same at TPA desk. To facilitate the patient with ensure pre-authorization again to avoid any surgical delays on the day of admission. This will ensure pre-information to insurance well in advance before date of admission.
    3. Corporate patients: Staff to obtain copy of company id card and inform PATIENT NAVIGATOR to take over who will internally connect with the Corporate desk to help to obtain
  • OPD Consult Advised admission, Reason for admission form filled
  • Guided to OPD support desk / secretary by Doctor
  • Patient briefed on role of Admission navigator/ SPOC
  • OPD support desk informs Navigator/ SPOC with patient details
  • Navigators connects with the patient and confirms on his preferred date of admission
  • Navigators offers support and reassures patient Helps to get billing estimate
  • Ensures complete documentation from Patient
  • Gives his/her card with connect/coordinates with admission desk to ensure room allocation on the date of admission.

Post the discharge you can follow-up with the consultant by visiting the OPD.
